1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Prems AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with notice provided via email or in-app notification.

2. Description of Service

Prems AI is an AI-powered lead generation platform that searches publicly available social media content to identify potential customers expressing relevant intent. The Service includes:

• Multi-platform search (Reddit, X, LinkedIn, etc.)
• AI-powered intent scoring
• Automated scan scheduling (Auto-Pilot)
• AI-generated outreach suggestions

3. Account Registration

To use Prems AI, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Spam: Send unsolicited bulk messages or violate platform guidelines
• Harass: Target individuals for malicious purposes
• Misrepresent: Impersonate others or make false claims
• Scrape: Extract data for purposes outside the Service
• Circumvent: Bypass usage limits or access controls
• Violate Laws: Use the Service for illegal activities

Violation may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Credits and Billing

Subscription Plans

Prems AI operates on a credit-based subscription model. Each plan includes a monthly credit allocation. Credits are consumed when leads are unlocked (scored 70+ intent).

Billing

• Payments are processed by LemonSqueezy
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle
• Prices may change with 30 days notice

Refund Policy

We offer a $49/month, we do not offer refunds for subscription fees. For technical issues preventing use of the Service, Contact support@prems.ai within 7 days of billing for assistance.

6. Intellectual Property

Our IP: The Service, including its design, features, and AI models, is owned by Prems AI. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

Your Content: You retain ownership of your keywords, search queries, and any content you create. You grant us a limited license to process this content to provide the Service.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Prems AI searches publicly available content on third-party platforms (Reddit, X, LinkedIn, etc.). We are not affiliated with these platforms. You are responsible for complying with each platform's terms of service when engaging with leads. We do not guarantee data availability or accuracy from third-party sources.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• Lead quality, accuracy, or conversion rates
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Results from using AI-generated outreach

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PREMS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

10. Termination

By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for Terms violations, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
